We were approached by Bytes Security Solutions, a leading IT security company, to provide their Office Fit-out in Reading.

The concept behind this project was to design and build a collaborative working open plan office with several private meeting areas and a multi use staff breakout area. The client wanted the design of the project to reflect the companies growing work force, inspire creativity and encourage agile working habits.

Main Office Area

The main office area was designed in an open plan style to allow co-working between team members. We provided space saving bench desks and acoustic screens to absorb some of the background noise. Underdesk pedestal drawers, full height storage wall and low storage cupboards were installed to keep the office looking orderly.

Staff Breakout Area

The brief from the client for the staff breakout area was to create a multifunctional room where staff could prepare their food, relax and play games whilst also being able to hold informal meetings and work individually. To create this agile working environment we used a variety of tables and seating. High back acoustic chairs were installed with laptop side tables for independent working. Booths and tables were used for dining and informal meetings. Soft seating was added for the staff to relax. The breakout area also included a fully functioning tea point with lots of fridge space.
