A rapidly expanding UV Curing Systems required a complete office fit out in Crawley. The company had been located in South Nutfield, Surrey since 1999, but were outgrowing these premises. A much larger vacant building was acquired in Manor Royal Industrial Estate and CID designed the new office space to suit the clients needs for modern offices, warehousing and production.
Due to the scale of the works our first step was to consult with our client on space planning and design. Future proofing the premises was key to this project and the company wanted a long lasting design. With Cellular Offices, Meeting Suites, Server, First Aid and Post Rooms to be incorporated into the finished design it was essential to invest time and care into the planning stage.
Main Office Area
The Main Office Area involved fully dismantling the existing ceilings and partition walls to then rebuild with a more suitable configuration. Bespoke furniture was ordered including Reception Desks, Boardroom and Director’s furniture. New data cabling and Bench Desks ensured the business was well prepared for future expansion.
